[Updated] Google Plus Opens to Everyone… Except People Under 18

Today I logged into Google and saw that they were advertising their new social network, which went into beta today, called Google +. I clicked to go to Google + and guess what pops up? ”This feature is not available for your account [.] You must be over a certain age to use this feature….” Since I am under 18, I can’t check Google + out and a quick look at the Google+ Discuss community shows that lots of users are wondering about why they can’t sign up if they are under 18.

Look at the button of any of my single blog posts and you may see “You might also like:” followed by links and sometimes images to other blog posts on my site that may be related (example).
